DVA vs DVSA: What's the Difference?

In Great Britain (England, Scotland, Wales), driving tests are administered by the DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency). In Northern Ireland, tests are administered by the DVA (Driver and Vehicle Agency), which operates under the Northern Ireland Executive.

Both systems follow the same fundamental test format and Highway Code, but there are procedural and regulatory differences.
