When two learners agree to swap driving test dates, only one of them needs to call the DVSA. The other learner simply stays by their phone. During the same conversation, the DVSA calls the second learner to verify their identity and confirm their side of the swap — then the agent finalises both bookings together.

This means no conference calling, no worrying about whether your mobile network supports call merging, and no meeting a stranger in person to share a speakerphone.
