Does Swappy need my personal details?
No. Only your test date, time and centre — at every stage, from listing to completed swap.
Can Swappy access my DVSA booking?
No. Swappy has no connection to the DVSA system. Only you can change your booking, by phoning DVSA yourself.
Does my swap partner learn who I am?
They see a display name and your test's date, time and centre. Contact details are shared only if both of you opt in.
Is my payment information safe?
Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. Swappy never sees or stores card numbers.
Can I delete everything?
Yes — self-service deletion in Settings removes all your data and auto-cancels any subscription.
Is swapping against DVSA rules?
No. Swaps happen on DVSA's official phone line, made by DVSA staff. Swappy also enforces DVSA's location and change-limit rules before any swap is proposed.
