What is Swappy: Driving Test Swap?

Swappy: Driving Test Swap manages 5 data types including adi blackout dates. Helps you organize, track, and share your work in 1 place for teams and solo users.

How do I swap my driving test at Pitlochry?

List your test at Pitlochry on Swappy for free. When another learner wants your date, you each call the DVSA on 0300 200 1122 (option 2) on the same day — one call requests the swap, the other confirms it. Premium members get a shared two-call plan with reminders.

How long is the waiting time at Pitlochry?

Waiting times at Pitlochry in Pitlochry vary but typically range from 14-24 weeks due to the ongoing DVSA backlog. Swapping with another learner on Swappy can get you an earlier date in days instead of months.

Can I swap my Pitlochry test to a different centre?

From June 2026, you can only move your test to one of the 3 nearest centres (e.g. Aberfeldy, Perth (Arran Road), Crieff). However, swapping dates with another learner keeps your test at Pitlochry — only the date changes.

Is it free to swap my test at Pitlochry?

Yes, listing your test and finding a swap partner on Swappy is completely free. Premium (£4.99/month) adds a shared two-call plan so you both know exactly when to ring the DVSA.
